The exact scope of work, price, schedule, revisions, and deliverables will be determined by the package or written agreement associated with your project.

Your Manuscript & Intellectual Property

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide all manuscripts, images, information, and other materials supplied to us.

Ownership, licensing, use of created materials, and transfer of final deliverables will be governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Unpublished project materials will be handled as confidential project information subject to applicable agreements and operational requirements.

Payments, Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment schedules, deposits, installments, cancellation terms, and any refund eligibility are determined by your applicable package, proposal, or written agreement.

Requests that materially change an approved scope may require additional fees or delivery time.

Third-Party Platforms

Publication and distribution may involve independent platforms such as online retailers, printing services, audiobook services, payment processors, or other third parties.

Kangaroo Book Publisher does not control third-party policies, account approvals, platform availability, search rankings, retail decisions, or future changes made by those providers.

No Guarantee of Commercial Results

Publishing and marketing services do not guarantee book sales, reviews, rankings, media placement, bestseller status, or specific financial results.
